Job Description:Administrator

Department: Administration Division - HCMC, Viet Nam
Reports to: Regional Manager – HCMC, Viet Nam

DEFINITION: Under general direction, performs a variety of secretarial duties and administrative tasks for one or more management positions; and performs related duties as required.

DUTIES:
  1. Composes correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents independently.
  2. Interprets company's policy on routine administrative matters and explains procedures to others.
  3. Plans and organizes clerical support activities; maintains and controls confidential employee or departmental files.
  4. Resolves intra-departmental operational problems; serves as central point within department to ease administrative communication.
  5. Coaches and counsels employees to encourage exceptional performance and improvement in areas of individual weakness.
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:
  1. College or University graduate.
  2. Three years of varied clerical experience or
  3. equivalent combination of education and experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities.
Knowledge of: Clerical office practices and procedures; public contact techniques; basic data collection and compilation techniques; standard office automation software; proper English usage, spelling and corrects grammar.

Ability to: Identify problems and recommend solutions; maintain confidentiality of information; plan, organize, and prioritize work; exercise discretion and independent judgment.

Job Description:Sales Representative

Department: Administration Division - HCMC, Viet Nam
Reports to: Regional Manager – HCMC, Viet Nam

DEFINITION: Responsible for all sales activities. Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction. Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and monitor the requirements of customers.

DUTIES:
  1. Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events.
  2. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements; advising customers on types of service to purchase.
  3. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  4. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
  5. Gathering market and customer information
  6. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the supervisor.
  7. Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
  8. Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees.
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:
  1. College or University graduate.
  2. 3-5 years of sales experience.
  3. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Knowledge of: Sales techniques; standard office automation software; proper English usage, spelling and corrects grammar; basic website construction.

Ability to: Working under pressure; as a team player; welling develop new market; identify problems and recommend solutions; exercise discretion and independent judgment.
